Cancellation Policy

You take full responsibility for your own health and well being, (or for your child under 16) and accept the outcomes of any advice or treatment you receive in this Clinic; you accept them as being complementary to and not an alternative to qualified professional medical treatments. Supplements are not to replace any medication. You will consult your GP regarding supplements if you are/your child is taking medication. You will consult your GP if you/your child decide to come off medication. Treatment Cancellation Policy. You must let us know at least 48hrs in advance if you can't make an appointment, this allows us time to fill your slot. Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice and no shows will be charged at FULL Rate. Cancellations with more than 48hrs will incur a admin fee of £20. This will be waived if the appointment is rescheduled.
