TREATMENT POLICY You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing (or for your child under 16) and accept the outcomes of any advice or treatment you receive in this clinic. You acknowledge that all advice and treatments provided are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified medical professional. CANCELLATION POLICY A deposit payment is required for all appointments. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any processing fees. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, PayPal, or the original payment method. Appointments booked within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Once an appointment has been rescheduled, the deposit becomes non-refundable regardless of the original booking date. Failure to attend an appointment or provide the required notice will result in the full fee being retained. If the clinic cancels, you be offered a full refund or a new appointment. PRIVACY NOTICE We collect and store your personal data securely in line with GDPR, which protects your privacy and gives you rights over your information.
