By booking a session, workshop or training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Complementary Services

All sessions, workshops and courses are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Please consult your healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

2. Treatment Policy

You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing (or for your child under 16) and accept the outcomes of any advice or treatment provided. All sessions are intended to support your wellbeing and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified medical professional.

3. Booking and Availability

All bookings are subject to availability. Occasionally, I may need to reschedule sessions or workshops; in such cases, you will be given reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • A deposit is required to confirm all appointments.

  • Cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund minus any processing fees.

  • Appointments booked within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice is free; your original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment, which will then be treated as non-refundable.

  • No-shows or failure to provide notice result in retention of the full session fee.

  • If the clinic cancels, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Deposits must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.

  • Remaining balance can be paid at any time before the appointment or at the appointment.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or card.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, PayPal, or the original payment method in line with the cancellation policy above.

6. Results and Outcomes

Healing is an individual journey, and results can vary. With Kinesiology, many clients experience positive changes, however specific outcomes cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue sessions if I believe the service is not suitable or safe, including if you attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All personal information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

  • Your data is collected and stored securely in line with GDPR, which protects your privacy and gives you rights over your personal information.

  • Your information is used only to provide safe and effective Kinesiology services, and by booking a session you consent to this use.

9. Allergies & Sensitivities

By booking a session or workshop, you confirm that you have disclosed any allergies and understand that essential oils, incense, or other materials may be used, which could trigger sensitivities.
