Systematic Kinesiology

We believe everyone deserves to heal. Naturally.

Kinesiology is the science of testing muscles.

It enables us to evaluate and correct the motor responses of the central nervous system to improve health.

What is Systematic Kinesiology?

Kinesiology was pioneered in the US in 1964 by American chiropractor Dr George Goodheart. He learned that testing muscles can accurately reveal a wealth of information about the health of a patient and the needs of the body.

Through the skill of muscle testing, Systematic Kinesiology is able to actively identify imbalances in the body which relate to the mental, chemical, physical and energetical factors which are putting stress on your whole being and prevent you from performing at optimum level.

Systematic Kinesiology is about balancing the body's systems by strengthening each muscle using specialist techniques that create a healthier environment within your body.

Treat the root cause approach
Kinesiology does not work on the symptoms. It identifies the cause of dis-ease and pain using authentic reproducible muscle testing. The premise of muscle testing that kinesiologists use is scientifically based on the 7 factors of the Inter Vertebral Foramina. This method taps into the biochemistry which enables the body to be ‘read’ electrically through specific relevant muscle responses.

Muscle test

"Kinesiology IS a diagnostic tool that uses the neuromuscular system and other measurable parameters to aid in evaluating what is wrong and what to do for a patient. Kinesiology is NOT a simple yes/no, radionics or pendulum type of testing system."

--- Dr George Goodheart

Who is it for?
Kinesiology can help anyone.

How long does it usually take to work?
We would expect to see good results from the first visit and big changes after 3 to 4 consultations depending on the reason for your visit.

How long is a treatment?

Initial consultation is 1 hour and 30 minutes

Follow up sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes

What to bring and what to wear?

  • Just bring yourself, feel free to bring any medical records, nutritional supplements or anything you may feel is relevant to your health.

  • Wear clothing that you feel comfortable with, preferably not jeans. Definitely not a dress or a skirt.

  • Sessions are fully clothed, but there will be a few occasions where I may need to use skin contact.
