Systematic Kinesiology

Systematic Kinesiology uses muscle testing to find imbalances in the body.

Systematic Kinesiology uses a range of specialist techniques to correct imbalances in the body.

What is Systematic Kinesiology?

Kinesiology was pioneered in the US in 1964 by American chiropractor Dr George Goodheart. He learned that testing muscles can accurately reveal a wealth of information about the health of a patient and the needs of the body.

Through the skill of muscle testing, Systematic Kinesiology is able to actively identify imbalances in the body which relate to the mental, chemical, physical and energetical factors which are putting stress on your whole being and prevent you from performing at optimum level.

Systematic Kinesiology is about balancing the body's systems by strengthening each muscle using specialist techniques that create a healthier environment within your body.

What to expect during a Kinesiology session?

Treat the root cause approach
Kinesiology does not work on the symptoms. It identifies the cause of dis-ease and pain using authentic reproducible muscle testing. The premise of muscle testing that kinesiologists use is scientifically based on the 7 factors of the Inter Vertebral Foramina. This method taps into the biochemistry which enables the body to be ‘read’ electrically through specific relevant muscle responses.

A holistic approach

Systematic Kinesiology treats the root cause of problems using the MCPE method - treating the Mental, Chemical, Physical, and Energetical stress by correcting the body's biofeedback mechanisms. Kinesiology fixes imbalances with nutrition, Bach flower remedies, lymphatic massage, acupressure, meridian flushing, and other specialised Kinesiology techniques.
