Sports injuries and pains can inhibit our performance or perhaps it is structural issues, past trauma, emotions, unbelief or dietary issues that are holding you back.

What does the programme involve?

The programme requires a minimum of 10 pre-paid sessions and is tailored to support you

as an individual in facilitating positive change. The treatment plan is based on, but not limited to,

  • Install positive beliefs and balanced affirmations.
